Our spring event is designed to assist employers needing to hire for full time positions, internships, and summer opportunities.  Interviews are conducted virtually (via pre-arranged live video conference or phone meetings) with students you’ve pre-selected from our member colleges.

How does this event work?

• In February and March, employers post their open positions in our online system.  The Early Bird Rate of $400 ($150 for nonprofits) is offered until March 3.
• For two weeks in March, students submit resumes and other documents to employers and positions of interest.
• Mid-March, employers review submitted application materials and select up to 12 students (and alternates) whom they want to interview during the Spring Virtual Interview Day.  Once selected, students reserve an interview time in our online system.
• Resume submission, pre-selection, and interview sign-up are all managed online via CareerLink (Symplicity).

On April 5th, pre-selected students from all our schools and employers connect via phone or live video conference for 30-minute pre-scheduled interviews.
